Terms & Conditions (For Cleaners)These Terms govern your use of the forcleaners.co.uk website and subscription service (“Service”). By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.1) About usFor Cleaners is operated by Innovatewithaima Ltd.

Contact: [email protected]1.2 Definitions“Customer Assets” means the Customer’s domain name, logos, brand elements, business information, photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, contact details, service descriptions, and any business-specific copy or media supplied by the Customer or created specifically for the Customer under this agreement.“Customer Data” means enquiry form submissions, leads, messages, analytics data connected to the Customer’s website, and any other business data relating specifically to the Customer.“Provider Materials” means our pre-existing website components, design elements, technical systems, internal methods and other materials used to deliver the service across multiple customers.“Customer Site” means the live customer-facing website produced for the Customer under this agreement, excluding Provider Materials.“Ownership Transfer Date” means the date on which ownership of the Customer Site transfers to the Customer in accordance with clause 3.2) The Service2.1 We provide a subscription service that includes building and hosting a simple website for end-of-tenancy cleaning businesses, based on information you provide.
2.2 The Service typically includes: one landing page, one additional page (e.g., quote form), and essential legal pages, plus basic on-page SEO setup.3) Subscription, billing and payment3.1 Price: £147 per month (including VAT)
The service is provided on a rolling monthly basis. There is no minimum term or fixed-term commitment unless expressly agreed in writing. Fees are billed monthly in advance and the customer may cancel at any time before the next billing date.3.2 Ownership TransferProvided the Customer has made eighteen (18) consecutive monthly payments in full and on time, ownership of the Customer Site shall transfer to the Customer on the date of the eighteenth payment, excluding all Provider Materials.3.3 Effect of Ownership TransferOn and from the Ownership Transfer Date, the Customer may continue to use the Customer Site for its own business purposes without restriction, subject always to our retained ownership of the Provider Materials.3.4 Early BuyoutBefore the Ownership Transfer Date, the Customer may request early transfer of the Customer Site for a fixed buyout fee of the remaining amount plus VAT.3.5 Transfer on Early BuyoutOnce the Early Buyout fee has been paid in full, ownership of the Customer Site shall transfer to the Customer, excluding all Provider Materials, and the Customer shall become entitled to the handover materials described in clause 10.3.6 No Refund of Prior FeesMonthly subscription fees are consideration for design, hosting, support, maintenance, and staged ownership accrual under this agreement, and are not refundable.4) Delivery timeline4.1 Delivery depends on you providing required information and connecting your domain.
4.2 Where all required information is provided within an appropriate timeframe we can guarantee to publish within 24 hours of development.5) Your responsibilities (content + domain)5.1 You are responsible for purchasing and owning your domain name.5.2 You must provide accurate details and only submit content you have the right to use (photos, logos, reviews, text).5.3 You are responsible for claims made on your site (pricing, service areas, availability).5.4 Ownership of Customer Assets

The Customer owns all Customer Data at all times.5.6 Business-Specific Content
Any business-specific copy, page text, SEO titles, meta descriptions, headings, service descriptions and local area content created specifically for the Customer under this agreement shall form part of the Customer Assets once paid for under this agreement.6) Google Business Profile (GBP) statement6.1 We build the website to meet the basic website requirements typically needed to support a Google Business Profile presence (for example: professional structure, visible business contact details, a valid domain, and clear service/location information).6.2 We will support you with clear steps to maximise the chance of a smooth profile setup.7) SEO and results7.1 We provide on-page SEO foundations (e.g., page titles, meta descriptions, indexing basics).7.2 We do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or performance outcomes.7.3 With consent, we may refer the Customer to partners who specialise in activities which improve cleaner's rankings, leads and performance outcomes (directories, advertising companies and other media services)8) Revisions & turnaround8.1 The subscription includes one (1) routine content revision round in each calendar month for routine amendments to wording, imagery, contact details, service areas, and reviews. Revision requests are handled in a controlled way to keep delivery fast. Where your request is within scope and you've provided clear instructions, we aim to complete it within 1 business day. More complex requests may take longer and we'll confirm timing by call or email.8.2 Additional revisions or changes may be charged at our then-current rates.9) Support9.1 Support is monitored daily. We aim to respond within a few hours during core hours. Anything affecting publish timelines (domain connection, approvals, critical fixes) is prioritised.9.2 We may prioritise support based on operational demand.10) Cancellation and termination10.1 You may cancel at any time. Cancellation requests can be submitted via our cancellation form. We'll confirm cancellation by email. Your site will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.10.2 Cancellation Before Ownership TransferIf the Customer cancels before the Ownership Transfer Date and does not exercise the Early Buyout option, the hosted version of the Customer Site may be taken offline at the end of the paid billing period.10.3 Customer Rights on CancellationFor the avoidance of doubt, cancellation does not affect the Customer’s ownership of the Customer Assets or Customer Data. The Customer’s domain name shall remain under the Customer’s ownership and control at all times.10.4 Handover Following Ownership Transfer or Early BuyoutWithin fourteen (14) days of the Ownership Transfer Date or payment of the Early Buyout fee, we will provide a reasonable handover package including:(a) the Customer’s business-specific website copy;
(b) images and media forming part of the Customer Assets;
(c) SEO titles, meta descriptions, headings, and business-specific on-page content;
(d) such files, exports, or materials as are reasonably required to migrate the Customer Site to another provider; and
(e) reasonable information needed to assist with transition of the live site.10.5 Additional Migration SupportIf requested by the Customer, we may provide further migration or implementation support at our then-current rates.10.6 Domain Control
The Customer’s domain shall remain under the Customer’s ownership and control at all times.11) Intellectual property and ownership11.1 We retain ownership of all Provider Materials.11.2 The Customer owns all Customer Assets and Customer Data.11.3 Subject to clauses 3.2 and 3.3, ownership of the Customer Site transfers to the Customer on the Ownership Transfer Date or earlier Early Buyout, excluding Provider Materials.11.4 Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our Provider Materials, even where such materials are incorporated into the delivery of the Service.11.5 The Customer may use the transferred Customer Site for its own business purposes without restriction, but may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract or reuse Provider Materials as a competing template, framework or commercial product.12) Liability12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.12.2 Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.12.3 Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for fraud).13) Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
